How do I schedule pickup?
Text DONE to our number. We'll pick it up within 24 hours and text you a photo when it's gone.
Dumpster rental companies love phone calls because it gives them a chance to upsell you on upgrades and extensions. At Tapdump, we've replaced that with text.
How it works:
- When you're done filling your dumpster, text DONE to our number (provided at delivery)
- We schedule pickup within 24 hours and text you a confirmation
- When the hauler is on the way, you get a text with their ETA
- Once it's picked up, we send you a photo confirmation

Pickup windows:
- Standard: Within 24 hours of your "DONE" text
